For some reason it is quite funny to see Sarah lip-syncing Trump's ridiculous word salad.

It’s funny because Trump has normalized spewing incoherent word salad like a demented crazy person.

When we see other people doing it, it’s humorous because we know the person is really normal.

Kind of like the difference between acting like a demented crazy person (Steve Martin in The Jerk) and being a demented crazy person (Trump). One is funny, the other is a bit more serious.
