Fetal personhood might backfire. There's a pesky phrase in that Amendment about "forced servitude". If that's not an unwanted pregnancy, I don't what "forced servitude" is. As long as the fetus isn't a person, it doesn't apply. Once it is, I would argue that it does. So then abortion becomes a Constitutional right.

However, the point still stands that convict Trump is not favoring a nationwide ban, even if the Rep platform (which apparently just underwent a major overhaul) does. As albaby says, convict Trump doesn't care what the Rep platform is.
