PS - the cost of the new ballroom has grown to $300 million. My guess: it will continue to grow to however much the super rich decide to invest in it.

It "must" be the biggest, gaudiest, in the world, because it will be the "Trump ballroom", and he can't stand being upstaged by anyone.
