This is very interesting.

Since I am insured by Medicare with a Medigap part G insurance I don't pay anything except for my deductible. This removes my incentive for correcting errors.

I wonder if Medicare and the Medigap insurance companies are using AI to remove errors, double billing, etc. They are the ones who are taking the financial hit.
