Because of unfortunately those posts even getting rec's on the Berkshire board instead of being ignored here I want to utter just one comment:

Having no idea about American politics I followed the links very stable genius supplied and did not find a conviction in the articles they point to. Doesn't "history of [whatever]" require that? I thought the US adheres to the Golden principle "Innocent until proven guilty"?
