It's hard to know if you are just posting hypothetical arguments or if you truly do not understand that the vast percentage of wealth accumulation is in the hands of Trump's biggest financial supporters to protect their accumulated wealth?

The thread is about Biden's promises to voters. If you're saying that UBI or other forms of wealth redistribution is what he is promising then fine. I will make up my mind whom to vote for based on what he is actually promising me.
