Running US made guns back into the United States? That’s what seems to be the case.

Mexico has its own problems with guns, and this case seeks to address that problem. Whether or not the Mexican Government will get a favorable ruling from the USSC is up for grabs, but for the reasons Mike outlines, I doubt they will.
