Umm, Rick Scott was the CEO of Columbia/HCA Hospital and oversaw the biggest Medicare fraud in US history. Columbia/HCA Hospital was fined $1.7 billion, which was the largest healthcare fraud fine ever levied by the DOJ.

Rick Scott walked away with $9.88 million in a settlement when he was forced to resign by the BOD, and left owning 10 million shares of stock then worth more than $350 million.

During Scott's 2000 deposition, he pleaded the Fifth Amendment 75 times.

He went on to become Governor of Florida and now its U.S. senator.

Give me a break, indeed.
