Dope1: Anyone still think the Chinese are friendly, nice guys?

Aside from Trump and his cult, I don't know anyone who thinks the Chinese government is a bunch of "friendly, nice guys".

TRUMP: "Terrific working with President Xi, a man who truly loves his country."

TRUMP: "President Xi is a brilliant man. If you went all over Hollywood to look for somebody to play the role of President Xi, you couldn't find, there's nobody like that. The look, the brain, the whole thing."

Biden said Xi is a dictator.

As for the article, well, there's not much 'there' there, is there?

A name -- Xiuquin Yao -- but not much more. After reading through another half-dozen articles, none of them has any substantial details with respect to who was doing what.

Quoting from your article:

Yao told officials that Prestige BioTech moved assets belonging to a defunct company, Universal Meditech Inc., to the Reedley warehouse from Fresno after UMI went under. Prestige Biotech was a creditor to UMI and identified as its successor, according to court documents.

So, yeah, definitely is suspicious but suspicion isn't evidence.

And I'm more than willing to say, sure, you might be 100% right that this is a Chinese government project... but you're not there yet.

Your linked article closes with: "Some of our federal partners still have active investigations going."

So, time will tell.

But, no, no one here loves China.
