They have a "person of interest" in custody. I think that's one rung lower than being a "suspect".

The only thing I'll add is that bullets are not appropriate debating tools, nor airing of grievances. Extremists can be exasperating, but one counters that with voting and activism. Not bullets. I said similar when the Felon was nicked in his ear by a bullet. Despise the man, but a bullet isn't the answer.
