It's a shiny thing. A squirrel. A red herring. Not even a molehill; a typical Fox-style question that is impossible to prove or disprove, and is never going to be followed up on, but boy oh boy the Hannity fans love to create them.

Agent Duncan should have prefaced her statement with 'at this time.' So sue the agency. She followed up saying they'd know more later.
