Never mind that when given the golden opportunity to jail anybody he wanted - COVID - that he didn't do it

Fascinating that you think Covid handed Trump the opportunity to jail anybody he wanted. Do you think this was a CDC recommendation to Trump? What is the supposed source of the power to "jail anybody he wanted"? Was it Title 42?

And did you determine that having been handed the mythical Covid power to incarcerate anyone, that he didn't throw them in jail because he has high minded principles? Isn't it more likely that he never had such power? Could you give us a Constitutional cite, or a cite to the Code of Federal Regulations that gives him the power to jail absolutely anyone because of Covid? Is there a determined length of this incarceration?
