I see that Bratislava is a fairly short train ride away and might be worth a visit. Prague might also be worth a visit.
We might go back to Munich since we know someone who lives close by there.

DW and I enjoyed Bratislava's Old Town and castle area quite a bit.

Lyon, by all means. A wonderful city with lots to see and do. Also Strasbourg, if you get that way.
