I saw that on the wire, but figured I would be flamed if I posted the language that was used in most of the TS post.

Given the discussions we have had in recent days, the thrust of the post is apparent: US privacy and ethics laws and rules are seen as an "obstacle to innovation", and "inhibit competing with China".
