It only specifies aircraft intended to carry officials. That's sort of a "whatever" for me. A waste of money, but not a big thing.

When I read your post I was thinking he was changing paints on fighters and bombers. Those colors are chosen for very specific reasons, and should not be subject to the whim of a POTUS.
