It starts with taking down Islam itself. Islam and the notion of world-wide jihad is the prime motivating force. Yes greed and personal power, but jihad ties everything together.

In my early years, the Baptist lodge taught us to sing "Onward Christian Soldier". I don't see a difference in mind set.
