Yes. But the OP was about the beginnings of buyer's remorse. They were "rah rah Felon!", and then "oh, wait...you're taking away our illegal workers??!!". I suspect money is going to trump (no pun intended) loyalty to the Felon. They'll turn on him if their workforce disappears. CA provides an enormous amount of produce for this country. If they stop shipping to red states, their complaints will be amplified.

Didn't know about the parasite. At the border in Ehrenberg there is an agriculture inspection station...just on the CA side. They are concerned about stuff coming into CA. There is no station going the other way.
