Guess what? Right on the FACE of the US Passport CARD it states where you were born--at ZERO EXTRA CHARGE.

But the card itself is not free. Apparently the initial card costs $65, and renewals cost $30. All so you don't get shoved into a prison, or shoved onto a jet and shipped to El Salvador.
