well, it's good you people prevented him from being to actually do any harm.
I place the blame on Congress for this one. They are supposed to vet candidates, not rubber-stamp them. But the congress-slime was so afraid of the Felon that they breezed him on through. If the Senate had done their jobs, he wouldn't now be in government. Same with Hegseth. And probably some others.
They can -and SHOULD- ignore POTUS when they think he's wrong. Co-equal branches, and all of that.
