I wish I could take a victory lap, but when I posted about them last (https://www.shrewdm.com/MB?pid...), they closed at $4.37. It was a wild ride.

There are probably safer ways to make money, but it's trading $.17 below the offer, which is expected to close in the first half next year, so mild merger arbitrage opportunity of about 8%.
