Lucky me. I am in an area of a blue dot, with longer winters. While snow has typically been unusual and fleeting here, this year it fell in volume and stuck around for weeks, instead of it's usual 24 hour disappearing act. Considering moving about 3 hours further south, which will of course still have hellish summers, but decent winters. A 3 good season home seems to be the best I can find.
