This works out to 0.00025%. Obviously not enough to swing any election, even in the tiniest district (these 20 are from 7 different counties), and even these 20 might not be real. They were found by comparing voting rolls with people who filled out a form saying they were not citizens so they could get out of jury duty. - Goofy

Good. You don't know if you don't look and when you do look and find things so clean, that is a confidence booster in the process. These results are these reason to check every year, not a reason to dispense with checking at all.
