Speaking of small cap, I was thinking of starting to dollar cost average into the Vanguard small cap value index fund (VSIAX).

VBR is the Vanguard Small Cap Value ETF. ETF's usually have a more favorable structure than Mutual Funds. Same 0.07% ER.
