Subject: Re: OT: Where to find historical share counts?
I'm wondering if there is a convenient way to see the trend in share counts for companies over longer periods of time.
You can do a Google search for “macrotrends dg shares outstanding”, in this case for Dollar General as an example.
Just replace “dg” with any other stock and the first Google result should show the shares outstanding for over a decade.
