This ain't no secret or profound revelation. It's the international joke that Trump is a shameless liar with a team of shameless co-conspiratorial attorneys willing to make a farce out of the legal system.

And we would not be in this situation now if it were not for the corrupt, money-grubbing and cynical right wing mediasphere. Just look at what it has done to the likes of LM and Dope. It's literally brainwashed millions of Americans into believing lies. It foments hate and fear, perhaps mainly in the pursuit of the easy money, but also in pursuit of an authoritarianism that will benefit them. Just look to Putin's Russia where a corrupt and cynical oligarchy holds sway to see what can happen to the US with a fascist MAGA government.

Let's hope we can step back from the brink of that disaster.
