A physician friend of mine emailed me last night with the news that his entire NIH funded community health program was shutting down after receiving that missive from the OMB.

I’m sure he will be relieved today, but also pissed as hell, as will be his staff, and all the patients.

From somewhere I remember the adage “Think before you speak”.

That might be good advice for Donald Trump to follow…. As well as Elon Musk and his band of Musk employees who seem to have taken over OMB- even to the point of sending out correspondence in OMBs name.

The level of rank, cruel stupidity…… boggles.
