Subject: Re: Use Zelle for Money Transfers?

I've always been leery of companies like Zelle as well as auto withdrawals from my accounts. I've dealt with some people who wanted me to use them but I would either find someone else, pay them in cash or a check or via bill payments.

Unfortunately it is due to all of the fraud that makes transferring your own money so difficult at times. I know when I was moving money around for items such as buying a house there were several halts on payments until I provided additional information or had to call in and talk to someone.

Why is there even a need for Zelle? Couldn't the banks themselves do transfers?
