Which is why Universal Health Care is the best choice.

Total costs of health care are minimized--which minimizes ALL costs to JCs, because they ALSO are covered. If they choose to buy supplements, they may--at their cost (choice).

People are not required to work to pay for health care. They may if it suits them. Or fund it some other way (self employment, etc).
