Subject: Re: Way OT :Johnson & Johnson/Kenvue Tender Offer
Andrew Bary, Barrons recommends taking Kenvue share. He also clarifies the following about talc liability:

' J&J has taken on Kenvue's liability domestically for talc lawsuits related to Kenvue's sales of Johnson's Baby Powder. Kenvue has the international talc liability.

Moody's Investors Service wrote earlier this year that it doesn't expect that overseas liability to be significant, writing that it assumes international litigation 'will remain immaterial.'

One thing that bothers me about KVUE, is the very low ROA, ROC and ROE. PG and CL's corresponding figures are at least double. Maybe this is an anomaly caused by spin off / proforma accounting. Need to investigate further why with such strong brands they are not more profitable.
