You leftists are all creating an "after the fact" standard in which you are making judgments already knowing what happened.

That's not the standard.

If you're going to say the officer had an affirmative obligation to jump out of the way of the vehicle, I guess you can say that, but that's not the same thing as saying "He was placed in no danger by the way she was driving."
