We fought a war as an ally of Soviet Russia. It was a smart decision, but that didn’t make us a fan of the USSR.

Now I realize that the ability to embrace paradox is something that you personally are incapable of doing, but that doesn’t negate my being glad about taking a step toward a Senate majority while detesting the instrument for getting there.
