I think he is. He certainly can have the best advice money can buy. As I have been saying for a while, seizing control of Venezuela's oil, seizing control of Panama's canal and ports, and starting a war with Iran, all in the space of two months, and in the sequence so the first two moves profit from the third move, is not a coincidence.
