And where would Trump the Conqueror get the money? Take it away from USian Proles, most likely, just like the funding for his "next conquest".

Of course, defunding programs for USians, to give the money to his Hungarian crony, would only be a problem for God and Savior Trump, if there were "free and fair" elections this fall.
