That sure as hell wouldn't be Pretti. He had turned to help another protestor who had been pushed to the ground. Or perhaps he was obstructing the ICE officers assault of her?

Yelling at police is not obstructing law enforcement. It is protected First Amendment speech. Carrying a gun is protected by the Second Amendment. Being shot multiple times after having been disarmed and then restrained by multiple officers is an execution.
