Judges can't interfere with federal officers, sorry.

She has the right to run her own courtroom, and she did. And she didn’t stand in the way of the arrest. She just made sure the arrest occurred in the public hallway outside her courtroom.

That she deprived ICE of a photo op of them barging in and making the arrest in her courtroom is too bad, so sad.


What she didn’t count on is that these people demand immediate surrender and compliance and would be butthurt because she insisted on proper order in her courtroom.


So fuck ICE and their corrupt insistence that the judge broke the law. She didn’t.
