Last time around I used popcorn to help myself lose weight. It’s quite filling, and as noted upthread high in fiber and even has some protein. It took me a while to learn to eat it dry, I used to slather it with butter (or whatever that fake buttery stuff is) but realized that sort of defeats the whole purpose.
However I've fallen off the wagon, I’ve gained back the weight, and I’m off the popcorn. I think I’ll get some next time I’m at the store!
