Subject: Re: Trump's de-facto co-national anthem
Now c'mon. Does no one in MagaLand have any recognition of the Horst Wessel anthem?

“A song by a group of men convicted for the Jan 6., 2021 attack at the Capitol, featuring former President Trump, reached the top spot on the iTunes music charts over the weekend.
On Saturday, the J6 Prison Choir single “Justice for All,” outperformed pop star Miley Cryus’ single “Flowers.”

The song includes the choir of inmates singing “The Star-Spangled Banner,” as Trump can be heard reciting the Pledge of Allegiance in portions of the 2-minute track. The song ends with the choir repeatedly chanting “USA!”
Trump recorded his part at his Mar-a-Lago residence in Florida, while the choir recorded their parts of the song using a jailhouse phone, according to Variety.”

Sounds MegaLand Patriotic to me and to fellow Americans.

“President Biden campaigned in Saginaw, Michigan this week. The optics were bad.

It is difficult to understand exactly what the Biden campaign's strategy is as he tries to convince voters that he should be re-elected in November. The campaign is concentrating on swing states, as is expected, but when Saginaw, Michigan was chosen, people rightly asked why.
Biden delivered a pep talk to about 50 supporters and campaign volunteers. Most of the press were out in the rain in the yard.

How does this kind of event move the needle in the presidential election? It was held with 50 people who are voting for Biden. It didn't reach out to undecided voters or independent voters, the ones that need to be moved to his side in a swing county.”

During this campaign stop Biden again repeated the debunk lie about the (not so) disastered kitchen fire. When it came time for Biden to take questions, the press were yelled at by staff and hustled off.

This looks to me of more elder abuse, shuffling the old man around, maybe trying to warm (drug) him up to seriously campaign to the undecided.

Anyhow, I’m wondering what in the world were OldJoe’s handlers thinking of setting him up to look the fool.
