The net sifter piece on "administrative warrants" say entry cannot be by force, but the linked article says the intent is to use the "administrative warrants" for forcible entry.

Looks like an internal memo was sent, guiding instructors to inform new recruits that they didn’t need a judicial warrant- that an administrative warrant was sufficient for forced entry. And in the process- please disregard all previous instruction on the matter.

So now it’s with Congress. Will Congress do its job?
