Isn't that a typical case for Warren's "Only invest in companies that are so great that they survive it when managed by idiots --- because at some point in time that will happen"?

I guess there is a corollary: should one not avoid, or put into the "too hard" pile, those organizations that might not survive a destabilizing leader?
