It was just a clerical error in the second quarter 10-Q on the front page where it showed the wrong A & B share count but the equivalent number of A shares is accurate. You can find the correct number of A & B shares on page 19 of second quarter 10-Q. They fixed the error in the third quarter 10-Q on the front page.

So it's a nothing burger.
