In other words, Rutte is saying the exact same things Trump has about NATO.

It has been said that Rutte has a way of getting along with Trump that escapes most people. I would suspect that means Rutte has a better grasp of what makes Trump tick. That better grasp probably extends to understanding that Israel has first dibs on the US' military and money.

Seems one Brit grasps the situation too.
