Remind me again what Murphy said about Obama's pallets of cash to the mullahs?

1) President Obama returned some of Iran’s cash we have frozen ($1.7 billion) in exchange for an agreement that allowed us to curtail Iran’s nuclear program.

2) Trump just freed up $14 billion in oil revenue for Iran, getting NOTHING from Iran while we at war with Iran.

One of these is not like the other.
