What I've always wondered is why does humanity keep elevating these people to the pinnacle of power? There is something wrong with our collective brains.

And so we find ourselves at the heart of the world’s most profound questions……

It was these sorts of questions that led me to seminary over 50 years ago.

Not that going to seminary is the only path that can be followed in search of enlightenment, because it isn’t.

Hell, I still ask those questions. And easy answers to those questions should be rejected.

Perhaps it’s enough for us thick headed humans simply to keep asking them.
