Subject: Oman Jumps on “Pay us a toll” bandwagon
Bloomberg is reporting that Oman has now announced that ships traversing the Strait of Hormuz may now have to pay a toll if they transit through Oman’s territorial waters rather than Iran’s.

Where Trump is involved, things just seem to get worse, whether it’s the Reflecting Pool, the National Parks, or freedom of navigation in the Persian Gulf.

Trump has a unique talent for addressing a problem by making it all much worse.
