Doesn't matter who was POTUS. It matters the response. Obama was weak-ass sanctions. We should have been more aggressive. I called him on it at the time, and I still say it was a mistake not to give a stronger response.

Biden was "let's give them weapons". It was the Republicans, especially the Felon, who complained when he did that. Which is why we've been saying for the last 3 years (at least) that Republicans are Putin-lovers (paraphrasing).
