I was born in Queens NYC. Have lived here basically all my life in the greater Metro NYC area, except for a few years in Boston (college) and Washington D.C. (for work).

However, this is all part of the Northeast Corridor which is basically a megalopolis. My spouse is from this area to and my children were all born, raised and work here.

There are far too many trollish America hating A-holes who have nothing better to do than to attack this country. Nice having the freedom to do that without getting arrested for what you post on line (unlike Europe).
