I think I figured out why Convict Trump thinks the Medal of Freedom is better. It's better because he could give it to whomever he wants when he was President. So he can give it to a whack job broadcaster for broadcasting his lies. He can give it to a campaign donor for donating to his campaign.

In short, it's better because he can grift with it.

Want a Medal of Freedom? No problem, what are you going to do for Trump to buy one?
