The piece posted last night, quoted Iranian authorities as saying that 140M barrels was a myth. They don't have any oil in offshore storage.

So, is Trump the Conqueror trying to talk oil down, before jacking up the fear again? Or are the Iranians fibbing about not having any offshore crude storage?
