Sigh..commomone performing his morning ritual searching the web for something to attack President trump with.

We have OSHA, they do inspections before hand, do employee training and more to prevent tragedies from happening. OSHA does not come in after a tragedy to inspect and offer advice as U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board apparently does.
