I'm not aware of any large-audience media that have failed to report the existence of both proposals.

I watched the NBC evening "news" last night, and all it said was "Iran refused". I had no problem finding articles on line that only said "Iran refused". That is why I pointed out that, of the sources I looked at, only bubblevision had an article that said "Trump refused". And I had to go to Israeli media to find the article that "Bibi" was pressing Trump to refuse a cease fire.
